Breaking through the Future

"Breaking through the Future" is a painting set in S.Korea. It depicts a less of a modern and more of a traditional city during the day while the hole in the painting depicts a contemporary city during the night. The contrast shows how big is the gap between the past and the present-future. The past is "breaking" while revealing a darker but more artificially lighted future.
